I am a skilled instructional designer who can progress a learning project from needs analysis through to implementation and evaluation. I use proven learning theories to ensure that my courses cater for all learners and are presented in a way that ensures skill transfer and behavioural change.

Instructional Design

I work directly with subject matter experts, use materials provided or research content to ensure that the most salient information is captured and imparted to learners in an interactive and engaging manner. My work involves using key instructional design theories and processes in order to ensure knowledge exchange and drive behavioural improvements. As I progress along the chain of design, I create screen plans and storyboarding before moving on to the development stage.

eLearning Development

From the storyboard phase I develop the eLearning asset using Articulate 360 / Storyline, including screencasts or video content creation as required. My services extend to testing, implemenation and evaluation.

Manuals, Guides and Workbooks

I take processes and create logical step-by-step instructions that are easy-to-follow and enable learners to undertake a task or produce material thoroughly and quickly.

Software training: screencasts, user guides and documentation

Having a very technical background, I specialise in creating screencasts, walking new users through using the software. I also produce user guides for additional assistance.

I have a very strong background in research and can provide content for your courses, website or business needs
